Judges: TBA! Judges are allowed to enter any Divisions that they are not judging. Judges cannot judge their own work, or the work of relatives. Judges may be substituted where needed.

NAMHSA: BayouLand Live is once again a NAMHSA Member Show! Any horse winning 1 st or 2nd place in NAN Qualifier classes will get a NAN ticket which will make them eligible to show at the North American Model Horse Shower's Association National show in either 2007 or 2008!

Awards and Prizes: Ribbons and placings to 6th in all classes. Full results emailed to all. Rosettes to Champs and Reserves, Door Prizes, Raffles, Drawings, and more.

Auction: We will hold a silent auction during the show Saturday and until noon on Sunday. Sunday at noon the winners will be announced. Any item not meeting it's reserve at the show will be put on eBay or MXC the following week.

Sales: Everyone gets one table upon entering. You are welcome to bring things to sell. Additional tables will be available for rent as space allows but you must request this ahead of time. Commercial vendors are welcome! If you are coming as a vendor there is a vendor fee listed on the entry form. Commercial vendors are allowed two tables, more if needed.

*NEW!  This year we will have a sales table at the front of the hall for those of you not wanting to sell from your show table.  There is a small fee of $5 to put up to 5 items on the sales table.  If you have more items to sell, please contact me for arrangements.

Other Events: There should be real horse events in the arena next door! Also... the traditional BayouLand Live Saturday supper at Cajun Charlie's will take place (dutch treat). Also we are planning a "meet the judges" Gumbo at Chaisson's barn (where Kim and Dan's real horses are stabled) on Friday afternoon. Bring you boots and jeans and a coat for riding. Detail, times and direction to come soon.

There will be a block of 25 rooms reserved.  When you call to reserve your room, tell them you are with the BayouLand Live Model Horse show group.  The rooms will be reserved for the 12th (Friday) and 13th (Saturday).  The block fills up quickly, so reserve yours early!  There are other hotels in the area.  Feel free to shop for a better rate.
